Returns Policy

Effective date: March 22, 2024

PANELS
• Tri County Metals does not credit or refund panels unless it was a Service Defect or for customer satisfaction, as determined by management.

We will credit, or refund, the full purchase price under these conditions:

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRESENTED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PURCHASE

TRIM
We will credit or refund all trim that was purchased from BuyMetalRoofingDirect.com, and meets the conditions below:

Trim condition must meet these requirements at the time it was returned:
• The original purchase length
• Free from holes
• Free from adhesives
• Unaltered (no pitch adjustment ordered, no caulk kick, or kerf added)

We will not return trim if:
• The trim in question was originally listed on the invoice as “Specialty Trim” or
• The trim in question was a special-order color

FASTENERS
If the fastener condition meets these requirements at the time it was returned, a credit or refund will be issued:
• Originally purchased from BuyMetalRoofingDirect.com
• Standard stock item, and not specially ordered
• Unopened packaging

FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS
If the item condition meets these requirements at the time it was returned, a credit or refund will be issued:
• Originally purchased from BuyMetalRoofingDirect.com
• Unused
• Not expired
• Not specially ordered
